Reinforcements Inc Clients
We aspire to serve those who served us all.

Billy H.
In 1983, at age 18, William (Billy) joined the Navy. He served until 2005. Among many deployments, he was dispatched to Beirut immediately after the Marine barracks bombing, and to Ground Zero on the USS Comfort, right after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Billy learned about Reinforcements Inc through our partner organization, Disabled American Veterans. We’ve made many repairs to his home: a new roof, gutters and downspouts, exterior siding, deck, front door and interior stair railing. Thanks to our partner providers, Thompson Creek Windows and Badger Contracting, for a job well done.

Brian O.
In 1976, at age 17, Brian enlisted in the Army. He served until 1998. Brian worked in top-secret communications and combat engineering at postings in Korea, Germany, Kuwait, Fort Ritchie, Fort Campbell, and Sheppard Air Force Base, among others. His military career ended due to service-connected injuries. After his service, Brian worked for the Social Security Administration until he retired in 2011.
Brian heard about Reinforcements Inc through the Maryland Department of Veteran and Military Families. We’re finished his home inspection and identified a substantial number of repairs that needed to be done: installing a new HVAC system, patching his roof, repairing interior flooring, replacing all of his windows, managing stormwater runoff, and refurbishing his deck. Thanks to our partner providers, Ruff Roofers, Maryland Heating and Air, and Thompson Creek Windows, for their help on these restoration projects.

Jarrod & Crystal W.
In 1997, at the age of 17, Jarrod enlisted in the Army. He served until 2007. Jarrod was assigned to logistics and security, He was stationed at different times in Germany and Hawaii, and navigated deployments to Kuwait, Afghanistan and Iraq.
After leaving the Army, Jarrod made a living as a communications tower pole climber and, later, drove for a ride-share service. During those years, his physical and mental health began to deteriorate, and he sought support through the VA. The VA increased his benefits and he is currently not working.
Jarrod and Crystal bought their home in 2021. Jarrod learned about Reinforcements Inc through the Maryland Department of Veteran and Military Families. We are still restoring Jarrod’s home, but have completed several projects, including new gutters and downspouts and roof repairs. Thanks to Ruff Roofers for their expert work on these repairs.
