In 1983, at age 18, William (Billy) joined the Navy. He served until 2005. Among many deployments, he was dispatched to Beirut immediately after the Marine barracks bombing and to Ground Zero on the USS Comfort, right after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Billy learned about Reinforcements Inc through our partner organization, Disabled American Veterans. We’ve made many repairs to his home: a new roof, gutters and downspouts, exterior siding, deck, front door and interior stair railing. Thanks to our partner providers, Thompson Creek Windows and Badger Contracting, for a job well done.
